ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & SUBMISSION FORM
DEADLINE: JANUARY 16, 2026
Participants are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Abstract Review Committee and those selected will have a poster presentation. Once you submit your abstract, you will receive a promo code for free Conference registration.
Authors may submit abstracts which they also plan to submit to meetings later in 2026. Abstracts presented the prior year at national meetings may also be submitted for consideration.
There are a limited number of travel grants available for those trainees that submit abstracts. When registering for the Conference through SimpleTix, please check if you would like to apply. We will notify those that have received grants by December 22nd. Funds to support travel grants are from the PESTOLA general fund; not from the commercial support used to defray the cost of this educational event for all learners.
Three abstracts will be selected as top submissions. Author of these selected abstracts will present them orally at the Conference. The top three abstracts will receive recognition and an award.
The deadline for receiving an abstract is January 16, 2026.
